ScamRadar - Help, reports and corrections

Find out what to do next, report suspicious activity and correct mistakes in the existing ScamRadar checker. You can use these features directly on ScamRadar.

Check before paying or sharing data

Open the ScamRadar checker and enter a suspicious domain, link, phone number, email address or message. Review the result and the listed signals. NOT VERIFIED means insufficient evidence, never a safety guarantee. Even if a domain does not match a known warning list, verify it independently.

Report a suspicious scam

  1. Run a check for the item on the home page.
  2. After the result appears, choose Report in its community section.
  3. Select the incident type, channel and country, then submit. A received report enters moderation and does not immediately label someone a fraudster.

Appeal an inaccurate result or a mistaken identity

  1. Check the item first, then select Dispute on the result.
  2. Explain the suspected mistake without including passwords, bank credentials, ID scans or verification codes.
  3. Save the private case reference and access code. Use the case-lookup form on the checker to view a later status. Do not publish the access code.

Corrections to an independently published campaign can also be submitted from that campaign’s own public detail page. The campaign directory only displays cases that pass editorial publication checks; an empty list is not proof that scams do not exist.

Already lost money, credentials or account access?

Use the Recovery Center and official country help directory to find the relevant reporting and recovery agencies. Preserve evidence, contact your bank or payment provider through an independently verified channel and secure compromised accounts. If you are in immediate danger, use your local emergency services.

How the scanner uses evidence

See the five data sources and live coverage table and official agency notices. Third-party entries and user allegations are signals for review, not court decisions. Read the phone-result guide before relying on an unknown caller’s number.

Privacy and contact limitations

Never paste passwords, one-time codes, complete payment-card details or identity documents into the checker or an appeal. Read how data is handled on the current staging service. A ScamRadar-owned customer-service mailbox and confirmed external email delivery are not yet active; this page does not promise an email response.
