ScamRadar combines public threat-feed observations with independent technical signals. It is not a government registry, a court decision, a guarantee of safety, or a complete list of fraudulent numbers and websites.
Five sources used by the active scanner
- CERT Polska - public warning domains. National cybersecurity warnings, not geographic proof of where an offender or victim lives.
- Phishing.Database - active phishing domains. A community-maintained domain dataset; its current content may be unchanged between successful refreshes.
- DurableNapkin - scam hosts. External host-list signals; do not assume every match is independently confirmed criminal conduct.
- Emerging Threats - compromised IP indicators. Technical IP observations, not evidence that the present IP holder committed fraud.
- Block List Project - scam domains. An aggregated community list; overlapping lists are not independent witnesses.
How to interpret a result
HIGH RISK indicates serious warning signals. SUSPICIOUS signals demand independent verification. NOT VERIFIED means there is not enough trustworthy information for a safety conclusion. No match is never a certification of safety. A listed domain, telephone number, email address or IP is not automatically proof of its current owner’s guilt.
ScamRadar also considers available domain, redirect, infrastructure and brand impersonation signals. Some technical signals may be missing or temporarily unavailable. User reports and complaint records are not accepted as independent findings of fraud merely because they exist.
Updates, limitations and corrections
Source lists are checked periodically and may contain stale, repeated, withdrawn or incorrectly attributed records. Source row counts measure publisher entries, not confirmed unique scams or victims. This is still a test version of ScamRadar. Some individually reviewed fraud-case reports have not yet been published.
For immediate help, open the Recovery Center. If you are investigating a phone call, consult the phone safety guide. Do not transfer money or reveal verification codes based only on a single scan.

Source coverage - current database snapshot
Read from the existing ScamRadar database: 2026-10-15 12:33 UTC. These are active, unexpired publisher entries, NOT independently confirmed scams, unique incidents or victims.
| Publisher | Active entries | Most recent record timestamp (UTC) |
|---|---|---|
| CERT Polska | 125,766 | 2026-10-15 11:05 |
| Phishing.Database | 391,559 | 2026-10-07 09:01 |
| DurableNapkin | 2,234 | 2026-10-15 09:05 |
| Emerging Threats IP | 540 | 2026-10-15 03:05 |
| Block List Project | 8,527 | 2026-10-09 13:38 |
| Total publisher entries | 528,626 |
Most recent record date is NOT the time of the latest fetch. A successful check of unchanged publisher data does not necessarily change this date. The same item may appear in several lists.
